This integration streamlines workflow by allowing agents to manage their calendar and Freshworks products in one place, enhancing collaboration and efficiency. You can install the app via Freshworks Marketplace from your Freshworks product (Freshdesk, Freshchat, Freshservice). By installing the application, the client agrees to study and comply with the Freshworks rules and Google API terms and policies
